Let’s take a look at the following spread SMK18-SMN18 (Soybean meal)
The Spread Indicator entered the oversold level. The indicator crossed below – 80 suggesting that the May 2018 soybean meal contract is stronger than the July 2018 contract. I would consider buying soybean meal May 2018 and selling soybean meal July 2018 before the closing of the market
My trading ideas:
Buy soybean meal May 2018 and Sell soybean meal July 2018 before the closing of the market
Profit Target $120.00 before transaction costs
Stop loss $120.00 before transaction costs
